Working with Zahami Gracia and his team on my refinance was a great experience from start to finish. Refinancing can feel overwhelming at times, but they made the process straightforward and easy to understand. Whenever I had questions, someone was quick to respond, and I never felt like I was being left in the dark. What I appreciated most was how patient and knowledgeable the team was. They took the time to explain my options, walk me through each step, and make sure I was comfortable with the decisions being made. Their communication was consistent, and I always knew where things stood. They also moved everything along much faster than I expected, and we were able to close quickly without any surprises. Ok let me just explain how this team changed my life. I was living paycheck to paycheck, had a huge car loan, bills, then I changed jobs. I didn’t get paid for a couple month because of some transitioning issues from one job to the next. I got credit cards to make it through and a personal loan out of desperation at 125% interest rate. I was living paycheck to paycheck, spending within hundreds of what I made on bills every month and borrowing money from my mom just to eat and get gas. It was a no end situation as I was just paying the minimum on my credit cards and couldn’t keep my head above water. I had a low credit score and a bankruptcy that was discharged one year earlier. I inquired on the internet for a cash out refinance because I had a lot of equity in my home. Even with a larger house payment consolidating all that debt would free up thousands of dollars a month to live off of. Well companies started calling me. Dozens and I’d run down the list of my credit score the value of my house my bankruptcy and one after another I got oh no sorry we can help you. Until Mr. Gracia called and he said I’m gonna help you. That’s what I do. Well he did. The whole process was daunting but he stayed in close contact with me and walked me through every single step and obstacle. I paid off all my debt with money left over and he even got me an extra 50,000$ I asked for for reserves to have in my bank. More than that total came back to me after all debt was consolidated. I don’t have a car payment, I don’t have interest charges from credit cards chasing me down every month. I don’t have that desperate loan. I have  tons of cash to do what I want with including some renovations on my home. This is life changing for me. Mr. Gracia is honest and told me everything up front as it happened. He took extra steps to make sure I got the loan when obstacles arose, working late and on weekends. This man is golden in my book. I appreciate him and he was an angel sent to me when my back was against the wall. Every loan I do in the future will be through him. We had a great experience working with Zahami and Landon on this loan process.  I vetted a few agencies and the Gracia group came out on top.  They were able to deal with every hiccup in this process and have our money in our account shortly there after. I would highly recommend this loan agency to anyone looking for some help in this area.
